It has a wingspan of approximately 80m! That's almost a football field.

Offer of Place

Hello everyone!

Good news, I have just received my offer of place from Canterbury!

Now it's time to ask for a student Visa in Immigration NZ.

Hello again,

Since I'm always thinking ahead, I've started taking care of accommodation 13 days ago!

My last e-mail from them:

So, this university guarantees private bedrooms for every exchange student. That's great news.

They have special packages for exchange students because private renting for time periods shorter than 48 weeks can be very difficult to find, and I'm glad they do this, it's a lot easier.

Hey!

I have just received an e-mail from Canterbury's International Office saying they have received my application.

I'll have to wait two to three weeks to know the result. Meanwhile I'll take care of accommodation, since they accept applications prior to an official offer from the University.

Everything's going according to plan, next step (after the offer) is Visas.
