This Friday we went to Lake Tekapo, home to the Tekapo Hot Springs and the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve.

We picked up the car Friday afternoon around 3 pm and we started our drive to Lake Tekapo, 3 hours away:

We arrived after nightfall and had dinner:
After dinner we decided what to do the next day (video):
Waiting for the sunrise behind the mountains:
And went for a little walk along the shore:
We then went to the Hot Springs and after that we came back. I don't have any photos from the Hot Springs, it wasn't convenient to bring the camera with me.

É giro, o clima muda muito depressa. Tivemos de sair das piscinas quentes que começou a trovejar em cima de nós!
