It's skiing time!

This Saturday we went on a snow trip to Mt. Hutt.

We woke up at 6am and were picked up at our place.

On our way there.

After one and a half hour's drive we arrived at Mt. Hutt.

The beginners, Richie, Danial, and I, went for a level 1 lesson on the beginners area. We learned just the basics like stopping and slow turning. I had to learn how to do large S turns on my own on the track, a recipe for lots of falls.

After the two hour long lesson we had lunch. A simple BBQ:

And a little rest as well.

While we were waiting for the BBQ we went for a little walk around the car park. And we found a familiar face:
